Rashi's has been pioneer in making the Walnut Fudge since the year 2001. Over the years ,Rashi's Fudge has became A MUST TAKE AWAY FROM AHMEDABAD for people visiting city & One the most preferred gift in gourmet sweet category.

It all started in the year 2001, with the basic quest to serve some healthy sweets to their children as they were very concerned about the quality of the sweets available in the market.

Since they both hail from Mumbai, Fudge was their first choice as they both loved it very much. Since Fudge was not available on shelf anywhere in Ahmedabad, they decided to make it but with a twist & that twist was to add the healthy WALNUTS to making fudge. This is how the WALNUT FUDGE RECEIPE WAS DEVELOPED INHOUSE FOR CATERING TO CHILDERN & IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THAT IT WAS A SUPER HIT WITH ALL FAMILY MEMEBRS.

The expansion took place when WALNUT FUDGE WAS SERVED TO GUESTS who would visit our home during Diwali & New Year. Family members not were interested in serving the regular Mithais & Dry fruits to the guests. After all the deliberations, they prepared Walnut Fudge for serving the guests & it was an instant hit will all OF THE GUESTS.
